NODOKA YAMAURA

I make works with a theme of light and space because in my opinion, one’s emotion is moved by attractive light. Then, the method of pattern like knitting was born. I named it “NODOKA" that means “Peaceful and the sky is clearing and the weather is calm.” in Japanese. Light is essential to life. I draw various motifs with this pattern. I use the pattern. I’d love to collaborate around the world. For example, cosmetics, architecture, fashion, confectionery, public vehicles etc… It is impressive, but delicate with emotions like Japan.
